We would generally recommend a buy and hold strategy for our clients in these investment offerings.
Once we decide to actively participate in a market, we leverage our expertise, relationships, and experience in the real estate industry, to acquire or control a sizeable inventory of properties. We work with developers and builders securing large numbers of properties in their developments. The positions we take in new developments will sometimes be in the early or later stages of construction or even earlier during the planning or subdividing stage.
